@johnqestion: No it's you fishing of baselessly blaming a writer, while having your own bias about Clark and Diana. Orion is not really sexist, however he is quite pompous and arrogant as a god. It is designed to be humorous. If Wonder Woman was really self-respecting she wouldn't let Superman hit on her with lines like "you're strong" (of course he wasn't just impressed by her strength) or quickly fall in love with him after thinking she's so lonely. Or kiss Orion in the first place.

@agent41: Everything is written by a writer. How good something is depends on them, however they aren't the only ones involved. The creative team too decides what kind of characters or motivations they will have. Regardless, Orion isn't meant to be sexist, but bombastic and uncaring and especially comedic. You can't always have the "I'll defeat big bad" seriousness and storylines.
