Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.

    Sinisteri is pretty much right in this case. Wonder Woman has been a single continuous story since its beginning, if you want to understand what's what, you have to start from the first issue.

    Yeah sadly with this whole baby thing still going you will have to start from 0 or 1 to get everything.

    0 is a stand alone story.

    It is not a good starting point. Just a stand alone establishing a piece of her past.
