She is one of the most powerful heroes in the DC universe according to them but she isn't treated like it. Sometimes I feel she is portrayed as a macho man's wet dream. She held back sometimes and I believe it is typically because of her gender. I believe if she was Wonder Man then her history would be more holy. I love how Gail Simone related her to ideas of gender equality. She gets a lot of heat on this site but it's not all that bad. I wish Wonder Woman and other female characters could get the proper respect they derserve.
