He is one of wonder Woman oldest enemies. Know for his hatred of women. With his power of mind control he would meet them do humiliated things. Why as he been in any recent comics? I mean because he hates women he could make them commit crimes. In fact it take a while for wonder Woman to be effect to his mind control.

he tried to touch a girl's boob awhile by mind control. That's pretty much it.

So now his just a joke. This guy was a serious threat. He could turn anyone against wonder woman
