They seem to get along well in animated depictions. Wonder Woman has always been kind and respectful to J'onn. Is it this way in the comics? I would hope they work together more often.

I think it's because they are both similar in that they are both outsiders. I mean Superman doesn't count because he was raised on Earth as a human. But MMH and Wonder Woman were both born and raised elsewhere. They are both the most intelligent heroes IMO. And I am not talking about the kind of Intelligence Batman has. I mean emotional intelligence. They understand each other, and others. That gives them a connection. Also I think she feels for him and wants him to know he isn't alone anymore.

Unfortunately in the New 52 they haven't talked much.

I don't remember them interacting much pre-52, but they seemed to get along as well as any other member of the league. Injustice had an interesting angle on their relationship, but Injustice WW is not really WW so I don't think it counts. Still I thought it was interesting.

She did pre flashpoint but not anymore.
