- Justice League #13 will re-introduce The Cheetah to the New 52 DCU. The issue kicks off a two-issue arc by Geoff Johns and guest artist Tony S. Daniel.

“Tony and I will be re-introducing one of DC's iconic villains - the Cheetah - and uncovering her mysterious connection to Wonder Woman and the Justice League,” said Geoff Johns. “For me, the Cheetah is up there with Black Manta, Sinestro and Captain Cold as one of the most iconic villains in the DC Universe, and she'll become a major villainous force in 2012 and beyond. The fallout from Justice League #12 starts here as we head towards next year's Trinity War.”

normally there is somewhere a picture I've seen it on facebook anyways don't you think it'w weard that she fights naked (on the picture I saw her she was naked.

She has super-speed and is super strong. The one thing she has over everybody if she were up against the justice league is magic.

They probably might give her a mega power boost or something like that.The writers probably just want WW's things to spread onto other books and do it well. WW's things hasn't really touched onto others books like green laturn(brightest day) or the flash(flashpoint) has.When the writers do write WW things onto other books, they get portrayed poorly.Pre-Flashpoint cheetah got beaten by catwoman who is using a rock.

They are gonna make her really strong and fast I suppose and magic on her side.Maybe she'll speedblitz everybody but flash,ww, and superman and only they can fight her because of their speed.

No harm done DC is giving Cheetah a chance to shine now.

This is how I think the battle is gonna go out. Cheetah sneak attacks speed-blitz green laturn.cyborg,and aquaman. Cheetah doesn't even need to waste precious nano-seconds on batman because the battle will be going to fast he won't know what happened.That leaves flash,batman, and wonder woman. Flash tries to punch cheetah but cheetah tags flash with her superior reflexes despite flash being way faster on foot than cheetah. That leaves cheetah vs superman and WW.Cheetah tries goes after them and and gets a lucky hit on superman and gets knocked out. WW is the only one left and can't take on cheetah. WW has no hope and is at cheetah's mercy. Will WW and her friends live or die? Nope... Catwoman comes out of nowhere and beats the living **** out of cheetah.Cheetah gets defeated and catwoman gets praised and joins the justice league.

Johns wrote a pretty amazing Cheetah when Wonder Woman crossed over with Flash several years ago. He put Barbara on par with Diana. I have a feeling she will be bumped up to that level & I am hoping there is some elements of Priscilla Rich & Deborah Domaine mixed in with Barbara. Now... If Azz was writing this then Cheetah would be called Leopard & her real name would be Brenda. :-/

@moywar700: some people don't take wonder woman and her villans seriously because of how poorly they are written in comics outside of WW's own title,if the writter from WW makes her a consisten and complete powerhouse,and do the same with her villans,then the only thing left to do is that writters from other comics take into consideration all that,and if they have to use WW or one of her villians,they have to consider the standars and use the characters properly,that way they won't ruind the work of the writter who made them look as powerful as they are supposed to be.
