I think my problem with this is it looks too much like something a cosplayer would make or buy online. I feel if the costume looked heavier or made from a thinker material and was less spandex-ie it'd be alright. Also I'm just not getting a powerful or heroic vibe from this image. Of course I'll watch the show to see whats really what but these are my early feelings.

kidding aside, it's not terrible, the boot color choice is a little weird, but the rest isn't bad at all. 
 
But if that (boot color) was the only nitpick I had about this show, it'd be alright... but sadly the show's synopsis just sounds craptastic.

I actually like this more the than the other new one. If she had this in the comics than maybe the new look would of shined on me in second thought. People are complaining about it being too sexy,at least she is still wearing pants but I prefer the original look still in my personal opinion. No black leather but blue leather which is fine by me if she is going to wear shiny pants, the upper body has almost the classic look while the lower body is based on the recent look so not bad for me. I thought worse that she was going to wear a spy outfit or just business suit so this is a lot better plus she still might have her superpowers which I hope since it shows she has her lasso. 

Too much lipstick if you ask me, but I like it over all 

Wow I really hate it. Hopefully it looks better on Tv.  I really hoped for the tv show she was going to use her costume she has now that Jim Lee made.

What's all the crap about the bright colors? Wonder Woman is supposed to be bright. That's where the problems with Superman Returns started. The Maroon and navy blue was ridiculous. Not every superhero is dark and moody like Batman. The Costume looks good. This show will still fail and fast but the costume looks great. Hope she does a good job.

I like the pants. But I don't like the heels, it's not very particle in fighting crime. 

Baggy knees, bad cut.  Jeeze she is gonna camel toe in that.  Who put a seam there?  Silver Gauntlets with the gold?  Where are the folks from "What Not to Wear"?

Not too bad actually. I am sort of surprised.  
 
It could have been worse. I figured they would throw out the heritage completely and put her in Jeans and a T-shirt.

Not only that but Adrianne Palicki looks so uncomfortable in that damn outfit, her stance in that picture alone should tell you she just can't handle this.

I dunno what they could've done differently for the pants, but it does look kinda 80s silly.  She could wear like a nice, royal blue skort!

I am mostly confused as to why they made her shoes blue instead of red.

" @digimod:  I wouldn't use the term myself, but lets see. Personally, I would say the shininess really gives away the material a flimsy quality, almost like its just there to be ripped off. The chest has a rather disconcerting popping effect as well. Oh, and you can't compare this to comic book outfits lol, thats again, visually things look incredibly different in 2-D as they do in 3-D. Hilariously awful. Cheap plastic looking tiara, eagle, and belt. Shiny cheap plastic looking everything really. And latex pants? Jesus... How can you take a character seriously when they look like this? And to the people who think this looks decent (let alone good), are you out of your mind? Every single aspect of this costume is bad.
 
Why not just get rid of all the cheap plastic bullcrap, No stupid looking tiara. Have a red fabric(NOT SHINY) looking top with the eagle embroidered in gold thread, not a weird plastic thing sewn on. Have a WW logo BELT BUCKLE(instead of a bad plastic belt), and have her wear BLUE JEANS (not skintight latex!) and RED BOOTS(that are not high heels). It would look 1000000% better than this trash and be way more modern and mainstream looking than this bad cosplay/porn costume.

I rather her be in a Smallvile version of her outfit. I mean I know people hate those outfits but there more realistic, Christopher Reeves never looked epic in the superman movies. Spiderman was cool because he didn't have th cape and outside underwear and he kind of needed the flexibility of that outfit.

LOL! How can anyone have an issue with this look? Haven't we all learned since having to swallow the trash that is Smallville that the TV producers will NEVER, EVER do what the public wants or expects?
This is as good as it gets folks. I agree she's much too shiny and the boots/pants combo is kinda clumsy looking. They could have done something much sleeker in that area.
I would have gone for shiny in the gold areas and then matte in the others. 
I doubt she could move athletically in that vinyl, but I could be wrong.
