Wonder Woman,
Spider-Man
Back in February I got to speak with Mark Bagley briefly at Wonder-Con in San Francisco. Mark, as you know, is an extremely talented artist and a really nice guy. This past week I finalized our "conversation" about Trinity, Spider-Man, and even Brian Michael Bendis. Mark is currently drawing the front half of Trinity which will be a weekly comic with the first issue landing this coming Wednesday (June 4). He was able to take time out of his busy schedule for us and even sent along some nice penciled images of some upcoming issues.
What is Trinity about?
DC's new weekly series TRINITY explodes in an extra-sized debut issue featuring art by fan-favorite Mark Bagley (Ultimate Spider-Man) and Art Thibert with lead stories and dialogue by Kurt Busiek (SUPERMAN, ASTRO CITY)!
The lead feature explores the unusual bond — and importance — of DC's top three characters, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman, as a mysterious dream links them together and may prophesy important changes in their trinity!
Check out my blog for the interview and don't forget to pick up issue #1 this week!

Wonder Woman
I like Keri Russell. My wife made me watch all four seasons of Felicity. You may know her from the recent movie Waitress or episodes of Scrubs or Mission Impossible III. That being said, when I heard she was going to be Wonder Woman, I was like "Wha....?!?" Then I heard the rest. She's going to do the voice of Wonder Woman for a direct-to-dvd movie of Wonder Woman. Okay. That will be cool. TV Guide.com reported it:
[Keri Russell] is in advanced talks to voice the title role in Warner Bros' straight-to-DVD animated Wonder Woman feature. The flick, which is slated for release in late '08/early '09, is part of a new line of DVD feature adaptations by Warner Bros. Animation and DC Comics. The first, Superman: Doomsday, hit stores in September and promptly flew off the shelves. Upcoming releases include Justice League: New Frontier (2/26) and Batman: Gotham Knight.
I'm all for the DC movies. Keep 'em coming.
