This issue is a little bit all over the place. It basically centers around a girl who wins the three wishes from Diana for doing a heroic act. I thought the heroic act was pretty well handled and the reward as well but then a bunch of golden age writing and comic book logic creeps in. At one point Bonnie accidentally wishes for something which already happened and she loses her wish because of it, which I don't think would happen as Diana would not punish her like this for a slip of the tongue. there was also a shark fight (sort of).
The last wish is that she wants to meet Wonder Girl and in order to do so she travels back in time. She also meets Merboy in this way and they battle first an octopus and then some giant insects. There is also some pretty bad science at this part with the writer's understanding of absolute zero. Overall the second half was just golden age fun but the first part with her heroism elevated this one a bit. One of the better golden age issues as a result.
