Wonder Woman

 This issue did not feel particularly inspired.   There are two plots running.   Steve is trying to save and has to enter Hades to do so.   In the other half Diana is confronted by a group of South American Amazons who are not so friendly when they find out who Diana’s mother is.   For those of you who know my reservations about Wonder Woman, this is an excellent issue to explain why.   I like science fiction stories involving Wonder Woman and I like mythology stories involving Wonder Woman.   I just don’t like both at the same time.   In this Steve would not have escaped from Hades if the green alien that follows him around hadn’t bitten Cerberus’ tail.    This took away from the issue for me, and so while the action wasn’t bad, I didn’t like it as much.   The backup story is full of intrigue as Huntress battles a killer on a train and then attempts to find him or her in .
