razzatazz's Wonder Woman #89 - The Master of Earth's Twin Worlds review

    Date in the dark

As usual this golden age contains three stories but unlike usual these stories fail to meet even the low golden age standard.  In the first Wonder Woman discovers that whenever a light goes on she is transported to a place where people are in danger.  Instead of turning on as many lights as she can (which is what a hero should do I would think) she tries to avoid turning on any, going so far as to have a date with Steve in the dark.  She eventually uncovers what is behind the scheme, but even that is uninspiring.  In the second story a young boy wants pictures of Wonder Woman for a photo album.  In order to do so he randomly gets in the Diana Prince's jeep.  Granted she is trustworthy, but I am not sure if the comic should be encouraging children to get in the cars of random strangers.  In the third story aliens attack Earth.  This story is more of an average golden age story but by the time I got to it I already didn't like this issue and this did nothing to change my mind.
