With the War of the Gods looming, and with Wonder Woman serving as the main inspiration for the crossover event, what occurs here is a relatively uncommon occurrence of a monthly issue leading into a company wide event.  Suffice to say then that this issue leaves a lot of stones unturned and lingering questions.  The writing in it was good enough, but the hectic and confusing story (which I assume was done on purpose to advance the storyline) is not the best.  As a standalone comic this one is an utter mess, tying in the past 15 or so issues of Wonder Woman while leading into the event.  It does accomplish what it is after though, namely that if you want some answers that the War of the Gods crossover is the place to go.
