    Gain Some, Lose Some

Brain Azzarello and Cliff Chiang have been shaking up the Wonder Woman world. She is no longer clay, she is the daughter of the king of the gods. Now that she has a whole bunch of new family, is she ready to lose her old family?

    THE GOOD:
The art is really good. I really like Cliff Chiang's art, and I know that some people don't like it but it's simple but has a special feeling to it and it just captures the mood of the series so far. The story is where this series is perfect. We have been getting some new things about Diana, and they are working quite well. In this issue we get to see Diana be a human being. We also get to see her show off her protective side. I like Brain's version of the character because she is really emotional and you feel for her.

    THE BAD:
I really want to see Diana fight someone or something soon.

    THE VERDICT: 5/5 (Perfect)
If you'll look at my reviews of this issue and past you will see that they are all really high. That is because this series is amazing. Wonder Woman has been given the boost of writing and art that she needed and now we have an amazing book. This book is covering new ground without ditching long-term fans like myself. It's the same character with just a different spin and is the best Wonder Woman stories I have read in a LONG time.

No kidding, and this, I must say, aside from Rucka's run, is the most interesting take on the Amazon princess so far.The Good: We've seen Diana as a rebel (JMS run), a diplomat (Rucka's run) and a Love-struck issue ridden princess (Simone's run), all of which are equally good reads. But please, Azarello has Wonder woman with a gritty side, as in grittier than usual. She listens to rock music and goes to concerts for ...

      New 52 Wonder Woman #4 0

The GoodGreat story that pulls you along from scene to scene with spectacular writing by Brian Azzarello. The fist 3 issues of the new 52 Wonder Woman were terrific but now this team is going full steam ahead. The gritty violence between Diana and Strife when Strife tries to lay hands on Zola's unborn baby in the night club is very "sin city." The Heroics and Honor of Queen Hippolyta surrendering herself to the judgement of the vengeful goddess Hera and the Amazons ready to defend their queen to...
