As opposed to the previous issue the action drops off substantially here.  Animal Man and Wonder Woman are in their secret identities staking out the next target of the Cartel on a beach in .   After an attack is fought off, the two of them follow the target expecting another attack which eventually comes.  Meanwhile the Cartel has unleashed a trio of completely unintimidating assassins (one of whom is a lumberjack) to attack the two heroes.  Eventually the identity of the mastermind behind t...
