    Dr. Psycho masquerades as Wonder Woman in order to steal a powerful new weapon created to enforce world peace. Wonder Woman and Steve Trevor attempt to track down the thief and recover the weapon before it can be used for evil.

    This issue features the return of Doctor Psycho.  In the first story he steals the War Prevento Machine, which knocks people unconscious (especially warmakers.)  This story has an interesting fight sequence where Dr. Psycho is using his mental abilities to animate various displays in a museum to attack people.  In the second story Psycho has captured Wonder Woman and he is using her as bait to draw in the Holliday Girls to rescue her.  When they arrive they will set off a bomb.  The third story ...
