Plan 9 from Inside Steve's Brain
This issue features two stories, both with Countess Draska Nishki, though she only has a small part in the second one. In the first she shows up to military intelligence offering her abilities as a spy. Later Wonder Woman and Steve are on a movie set where she tries to capture Wonder Woman. The second story featured the Angle Man shrinking himself to go inside Steve's brain. This part was so ridiculously bad that it actually was good (sort of like Plan 9 from Outer Space.) Overall the issue was kind of hard to take, though not surprising as this is the era that gave us the Crimson Centipede.
