    This story is another of the long line of Merboy and Bird Boy fighting for Wonder Girl's attention.  The action at times though is laughable.  In one scene an octopus surrounds a small island from all sides.  In another Wonder Girl discovers a catapult on an sunken ship and somehow fires it underwater (such a catapult might fire something about three feet underwater).  In another part Wonder Girl creates enough friction by rubbing her back against a wall to start a fire.  Throughout the Phantom ...
