After a brief rest to recoup from her defeat at Devastation's hands in the previous issue, this mostly turns into one long battle sequence between Diana and Devastation.  Again it focuses more on Devastation than it does Diana as she is doing most of the talking, explaining a bit of her origin and what her powers are.  Diana manages to stop her plan (to irradiate a number of towns) but ultimately Devestation's plan goes farther than that which again leaves Diana on the defensive.  The interventi...
