Not the usual suspects
This issue is mostly pretty fun, but it does suffer from the John Byrne style of setting up his future stories in the middle of other ones. Basically following on the cliffhanger of the previous issue, Diana and Etrigan come to blows, and a fair amount of this issue is taken up dealing with that and what to do with him once Diana and the Phantom Stranger return him to human form. This was all a lot of fun, even though I am not so keen on Morgaine Le Fay being used as a villain. Where the issue does lose some momentum is in the setting up the future storyline. Usually this is better handled in the first story after the arc, because here it creates the problem of confusing the reader and also making them remember stuff from older issues. Anyway it is only a minor issue, overall I liked this issue.
