Simon Williams was made into a being of pure ionic energy by Baron Zemo and became Wonder Man; an impossibly powerful enemy of the Avengers. After infiltrating the team and seemingly dying upon sacrificing himself for them, Wonder Man was resurrected by Black Talon. Since then Wonder Man has been a long-standing member of the Avengers.

The Raft?

I was reading Dark Reign Lethal Legion..And it he was locked up in the Raft prison?

Can anyone tell me why he's there?

I think he went on the news and was talking trash about Norman. Norman probably had him locked away.
