    well since theres so many shots showing his teeth we know there not covered , but yeah your right the process was ment to cover his bones and his jaw and skull are coated and the teeth are attached to the jaw. But then again if  lose teeth and grow new ones as we get older so perhaps hes healing factor means that they can keep getting knocked out and they grow back he doenst bite much either so not really worth it  in temr sof coating them .
