So I heard form Screened.com that Wolverines sequel may be r rated. I just started watching Wolverine and the X-men on Netflix and I realized, suddenly that having claws that grow out of your hands is not a children story. After so many times of him cutting a gun in half I lose interest. He should use his blades for a good reason, like skewers. Hopefully they make an R rated Wolverine movie because I mean really, Knife hands.

I know, his power is to kill things that in its self should warrant a more adult themed movie

Exactly. Any Wolverine cartoon should have at least Planet Hulk level of violence.

That was one of the things I did like about the Wolverine anime, whatever was wrong with his appearance in that, at least you got to see him properly cut loose with his claws. The Hulk vs Wolverine short animated film was also good in this regard.

Never saw the anime wolvie, Hulk vs. Wolverine was a good show though

I enjoyed the heck out of the X-Men animated series with Wolverine. Episode 53 of season 4 with Nightcrawler, somehow these villagers have unlimited sticks that cannot behold the might that is adamantium!

hulk vs wolverine and uncanny x-force. also aaron's wolverine. all good and appropriate "knife hand" usage
