About the same chance as me being able to listen to my favorite music after Black Bolt screaming in my ear, The same chances of me having children after if Thor weirdly decided to throw a hammer at my crotch. about the same as me being able to beat Fat Cobra in a being fat and teaching Elvis how to fight and dance contest contest.  
 
Now if you make this a one on one fight where Magneto is sleeping after a fight with Thor, Hulk, Professor X and Puck, and Wolverine has 10 hours prep and Cyclops telling him what to do... then his chances increase from impossible, to WTFLOL

0% chance as long as he has admantuim he gets pwned every single time. Bone claw would still have the sheilds and projectiles to deal with and would still probably lose.

in a 1v1, not a chance in hell of Wolverine winning. If its a team vs Magneto he could turn wolverine against his teammates... which would be hillarious.

Agreed, Magneto does strike me as the type to get jazzed up on Ecstasy when the Venga Bus comes rolling though Utopia, have you seen Terry Crews dancing in White Chicks? I can't help but imagine Magneto dancing in the same way now. 0_o

 That does complicate things. Demonic Wolverine either has the power of illusion projection, or the power to retcon or ignore continuity, like his drawing of blood from Colossus in metal form. Agreed, Magneto does strike me as the type to get jazzed up on Ecstasy when the Venga Bus comes rolling though Utopia, have you seen Terry Crews dancing in White Chicks? I can't help but imagine Magneto dancing in the same way now. 0_o "

Mostly it's used as a defensive shield, but he has been shown to manipulate other energies as well. I believe lightning is one of them.
