Hmm, this sounds like a variation on the argument I once heard about would Logan's adamantium sheathed claws stop a lightsaber blade. I guess one of the difficulties is they are from different universes (no adamantium exists in SW verse and no SW lightsabers exist in the Marvel verse), so ultimately we can never know. However in Wolverine Weapon X: Adamantium Men storyline involved a bunch of assassins turned into Wolvie copies, with a nano-based healing factor, enchanced senses and abilities, adamantium bones, and most importantly for this, laser claws. They were unable to cut through Logan's bones (just as his claws couldn't cut through them). So I guess a lightaber equivalent in the Marvelverse (some form of laser/energy blade) couldn't go through adamantium (based on that story anyhow).

If there was ever a lightaber that could, well then it could decapitate him, which might kill him.

Lightsaber wouldn't pierce adamantium.

This is a variation on the "what happens when an unstoppable force cross an immovable body"  A lightsaber can cut through anything, adamantium cannot be cut by anything

It depends on which universe said battle would take place, but to answer your question as you asked it "Can a lightsaber kill Logan?" Well the answer is yes. Though he can heal like a mofo, he does die so a lightsaber through the heart or through the eye could kill him...and then 20 minutes later he'd be regenerated again ready to be killed again. Whether a lightsaber could kill him dead permanently, no. Whether a lightsaber can cut adamantium, it's up there with could it cut Superman. Maybe

its hard his admantium are destructible and so is a lightsaber this question simply cant be answered unless George lucas wants to work with the x team

A light saber isn't cutting adamantium, there has already been a bunch of threads on this and the answer is no.
