    Wolverine

Character » Wolverine appears in 16086 issues.

A long-lived mutant with the rage of a beast and the soul of a Samurai, James "Logan" Howlett's once mysterious past is filled with blood, war, and betrayal. Possessing an accelerated healing factor, keenly enhanced senses, and bone claws in each hand (along with his skeleton) that are coated in adamantium; Wolverine is, without question, the ultimate weapon.

Gotta say, I was harsh on Wolverine.

I never really liked Wolverine, still don't, but he did redeem himself today in W&XM 11. I like his side of his story now. And I have actually enjoyed the Iceman v Rulk. Aaron isn't being overly one-sided (cough* cough* Namor v Thing).

I feel like I used to have an idea how Wolverine would react to most situations based on his character and history. Now I have no idea what to expect from his character. He is all over the place with his personality. Complex no longer covers Logan, multiple personalities seems like a much better term.

I agree! I can't decide if I should defend him or bash him because I don't know what kind of personality the writers are trying to go with him.  It just gets so confusing to me that I just don't mess with how he's thinking since I'll get more confused.

Even Moon Knight has less personality issues! Wolverine is Teacher, Black ops, Killer, Father, Loner, Family man, X-Man, Avengers and solo hero who is prepared to kill a girl who may or may not be able to control the phoenix but lets Apocalypse sit next to fourteen year olds in math class.

    Keep up with the issues.
He is not prepared to kill Hope.

It's not that complex. They all tie together.

@Kallarkz: Killing her shouldn't have been an option in the first place. He set up a school to protect the kids from fighting, the avengers wanted to protect Hope from the Phoenix, Wolverine wanted to kill Hope. That contradicts the purpose of the school, the avengers and let's not forget that he allowed mini apocalypse join the school regardless of whether he would end up evil but was ready to gut Hope the second the phoenix power started showing signs.

This has been discussed so many times. She told him too before Avengers vs X-Men and the Phoenix Force could end up killing everyone, yada yada yada.

Although your points do make sense (to an extent) you are not reading the X books and therefore not understanding why these decisions were made.

I never liked Wolvie until I read X-Force. That book is just too good and Remender makes him quite the bad ass.
