Character » Wolverine appears in 16086 issues.

A long-lived mutant with the rage of a beast and the soul of a Samurai, James "Logan" Howlett's once mysterious past is filled with blood, war, and betrayal. What would happen to someone like
    Wolverine, X-23, or Daken
if they ever got "the cure"
    would their claws just dissappear?

Hmmm... if they have the bone claws, they would disappear. If they have the metal claws, then they're going to have bits of metal in their arms.

Wolverine has been cured before, the High Evolutionary temporarly erased everyones powers.
his claws were still there, as theyre a physical mutation, and not a result of the x-gene, much like
how during M-Day many mutants retained physical traits (Marrow, Blob, ect) Since the metal was
implanted in him unaturally, it stayed as well, but without his mutant power, his healing factor,
he was being killed by adamantuim poisoning. Unlike Wolverine, only Daken and X-23's claws are
coated with adamantuim, and the poisoning process would likely be much slower than Wolverines
was taking place, as his whole skeleton is bonded with it.

Hard to know.  After M-Day some physical mutations reverted back to 'normal', like Beak and Angel Salvatore.  Others lost their powers, but retained their physically mutated appearances.

I guess it's down to which ever writer has control of the character, if they chose to write that story.

Well.... I reckon his claws would remain. Unlike Beak's and A.Salvadore's mutations, Logan's claws are not mainly physiological (Yes, both had physical and anatomical parts to their mutation too).
Also...Marrow's calcified features remained after she lost her powers.

It is already stated in House of M, without his mutant power the adamantium in his body will:
    1. Crush him
    2. Poison him
    3. Stop him from breathing
    4. All of the above
