I don't know what to say about Daken. The name is lame. The look is lame. The comic (Origins) saps the life out of me each month. I want to like it. I want it to be good. I'd like for Daken to be cool. I can't really put my finger on it. If you're going to do Wolverine's son (and I don't mean it that way) it should be done right. It's almost like a lot of thought hadn't been put into it. He has the potential. Wolverine has said his son is better than he is (in the comic). Why don't we see that more? I like how his claws are black and it's interesting how his third one pops out. I just haven't seen anything that's really excited me.

As for X-23, I really like that character. Yes she is a clone but she's pretty much her own character. Different origin/background for Wolverine. I could see her being able to take out Wolvie because she lived her whole life as a killing machine. But this isn't a battle page and I don't feel like going into that.

I'd say Marvel needs to step up and do something with Daken or try to make us forget him.
