    Omega

Finally after five issues the parallel story of Alpha & Omega comes to an end. Overall it was a fine story with great issues to remember and take account. But at the end it was only an alternative story that would fit in the regular series.

    The good

The art was amazing, using the transition between two styles added more value to the issue, the more mature tone in the drawings of real world gave credibility to the story. The plot was decent with unexpected turns that balanced the pace, Kid Omega´s personality fit well with a talented teenager who doesn´t know how to control himself.

The final conversation between Wolverine and Quire was great, the whole story finished well into that final words.

    The bad

Hisako´s persona was not explored further enough and merely her ties with her brother were mentioned. Moreover broo could help to the plot -I don´s know how but that character has potential. Why did Beast appear on the cover? He never showed up in the entire mini-serie.

    Veredict

This issue was a good ending with big potentials to exploit ... we´ll see in the future how Armor and Quire could be togheter in the school. And specially how would work Psychwar 101!! The entire series was good overall with better issues than the last one but in general it nailed. I think this story could enter in the regular series but it was not bad the creation of the parallel sub-plot. Issue 4/5 Alpha & Omega 4.5/5

      Did I miss a few pages? 0

"With the Berserker free, Logan fights for composure"? This does not happen at all. They come out of the construct and Wolverine is lying on the ground of the cafeteria and then does nothing berserk. That outright lie aside, it was a good ending to Alpha and Omega that actually allows it to make sense why Quire is still in the school (depending on whether this takes place before or after Avengers vs X-Men. The way they get out of the construct doesn't feel forced. Overall, I think Wood did a good...
