    Another Top Notch Issue 0

Wow! what a pager turner!Kid Omega gets his starring moment for at least the first half of this issue. It features excellent character development and showcases Quintin's point of view on the current commotions sweeping the school, which has made me at least think twice about the villain who kick-started the massive event that led to the X-Men Schism. Awe-inspiring writing, paired with some of the most captivating and lush artwork in currently running comics, each page is a feast for the eyes to...

Kid Omega Learns the True Meaning of Friendship... or Something 0

So far Wolverine and the X-men has proved itself to be the superior of the 2 X-books, actually accomplishing something new with it's narrative other than just being the X-men minus Logan like Uncanny X-men. This Issue just proves it, existing as a lighthearted, yet high stake story that is just incredibly entertaining. The issue focuses on the now incarcerated Kid Omega, whose story is adequately presented to us newbies while also giving us a bit of insight into his personality, showing us that ...

    Wolverine And The X-Men # 3 0

Remember when Wolverine was cool? Yeah me neither lol. An interesting story, I do mean interesting just check out flash back between Wolverine and Captain America. How would you react to a kid that has a mutant power for humanity to think whatever he wants you to think? Captain America intrusting Wolverine in managing Kid Omega you know it’s just going to lead to disaster. Well the attack on the school wraps up this issue. And one thing i’m kinda net picky about is the mutant ground monster. It’...

    Quire Steals the Show 0

This issue is the end of the first arc involving the NY State Board of Regents and the Hellfire Kids. And so while I'll momentarily get into why I loved this issue, I hope we have time now for a few issues of peace and getting to better know the students. For example, what's up with Kid Gladiator and Warbird. What's going to happen with Broo and Oya. And so on. A one to two issue breather arc would be greatly appreciated. As far as this issue, it was once again a great balance of action and humor...

"Professor Wolverine... I'll be damned." 0

So it turn's out that Beast built the Jean Grey School of Higher Learning on top of the living island known as Krakoa. Turns out, no one can stop him. No one but the mutant rebel without a cause, Quentin Quire aka Kid Omega! He decides to try to stop Krakoa because if he's gonna be miserable at this school, then so is everyone else. But whether or not he can stop Krakoa isn't important. The fact that none of the other students know who Kid Omega is what is really driving him crazy. The first stor...

    Well...what's next? 0

THE PLOT Flashback: Two weeks -- Returning from a mission with the Avengers, Wolverine and Captain America discuss Logan re-opening the school. Wolverine tells Cap that he's taking custody of Quentin Quire. Cap isn't pleased, but he agrees. He and Wolverine give Quire a couple of stern warnings. Now: Quire continues to watch the action unfolding outside the school, until Idie and Broo's battle with Sauron and Wendigo crashes through the wall. Kid Gladiator decides to join in as well and the ba...
