    sorry but nope ! One of them is a thief and the other one Is a cop with a mystical artifact. I think this doesn`t work. : (

    Of course it will work ! Beside of that it will be a pleasant fight to see ! :) 
     
    But sadly,  I doubt it ever happend, last time I've seen a crossover between Marvel and Top Cow, it was a Cosmic Event...(Devil's reign...)
