    An Artificial Extender

This story feels very tacked on, like the author ran out of ideas and had to come up with a way to continue his series rather than coming up with a new story arch. Most of the plot points have been done a million times, and draws heavily from Winter Soldier's own story, going through pains to practically recreate some portions of his origin in many ways. Because of this, it feels like we've been there and done that in many ways, especially with the recent film. However, it is pretty enjoyable for what it is, even if it isn't deep or overly thought provoking.
