Simon Stagg is the owner and CEO of Stagg Enterprises and the father of Sapphire Stagg. He is indirectly responsible for turning Rex Mason into Metamorpho.
Violet Harper died in Markovia and her body was taken over by Halo. Years later, when Halo was fatally wounded, she left Violet's body for another host. Violet wasn't completely dead though, and, with Kobra's technology, she was brought back to life, retaining the powers that Halo had while using her body. She took the codename Spectra and was a member of Lady Eve's new all-female Strike-Force Kobra. When her team battled the Outsiders, Violet and Halo fought, but the outcome was undecided and Violet fled.
