    Based on God Loves Man Kills, Id say he is very evil. He hates and plots to kill mutants because is afraid of them and uses religion to justify his hatred. Stryker is a bigot and a murderer going so far as to kill his own wife simply because the child she gave birth to was a mutant. Religion is no excuse for murder and hatred of those that were born differently.
