Hoods Up!
is a comic volume from American Visuals Corporation that started in 1953
I have to wonder, it's 1953, on the stands you will find Tales from the Crypt, the golden age Superman and Batman, the short lived commie fighting new version of Captain America, heck even Rex the Wonder Dog, all for only 10 cents, and you spend that and a another nickel besides for Hoods Up?
Oh sure they say it's for "the profit-minded Fram Dealer" but it also has a 15 cent price tag on it so I assume they profit-minded Fram Dealers had them out for sell to the kiddies.
I just wonder what sort of kiddies.
