    You mean Shuri?? 
    Well..  seeing as how Shuri doesn't have the experience T'Challa has.. and how White Tiger's stats are superhuman whilst Shuri's are female peak human... and the fact that both have similar martial skill, I'd say White Tiger takes it after a long battle.
