There are four people who have used the name White Tiger.
The first was Hector Ayala, who possessed magically items called the Jade Tiger Amulets. The amulets gave him enhanced strength, speed, stamina and agility. The Jade Amulet's power is addictive.
The second White Tiger was a white Bengal tiger who was evolved into a humanoid form by the High Evolutionary. She served as a member of Iron Fist's Heroes for Hire and a Knight of Wundagore.
The third White Tiger was Kevin "Kasper" Cole a NYPD cop who acts as the Black Panther's agent in New York. He is a member of the loose-knit group known as the Crew. There is no reason to expect that Kasper is still not actice as White Tiger.
The most recent White Tiger is Angela Del Toro, who is the niece of Hector Ayala. She is the current owner of the Jade Tiger amulets and is using their powers to help fight crime in Hell's Kitchen.
