In this issue's Astro Boy, a group of aliens has threatened the citizens of Earth with annihilation unless they follow a single command... to treat robots as people and give them human rights! Baffled and frightened by the aliens' demands, the people of Earth scramble to figure out what to do, some countries immediately announcing equality for all robots and even pampering them. Astro seems confused by how nice everyone is suddenly being... but will it last? Also included are Buddha, Adolf, and Black Jack.
