Personally, I adore Nite Owl! Dan is so adorable! I'm aware of the fact that he's a complete geek, but he is the most human character I've even seen in a comic book. Alan Moore did a beautiful job on his personality.
Watchmen
Team » Watchmen appears in 44 issues.
Watchmen is a twelve-issue comic book limited series created by writer Alan Moore, artist Dave Gibbons, and colorist John Higgins. The grouping of heroes and villains contained in the work are not, in fact, named "The Watchmen", though they were at one point referred to as "Crimebusters". Rorschach, Nite Owl and Dr. Manhattan were the team's primary heroes.
Who's your favourite Watchmen character?
"The streets are extended gutters and the gutters are full of blood and when the drains finally scab over, all the vermin will drown. The accumulated filth of all their sex and murder will foam up about their waists and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout “Save us!”… …and I’ll look down and whisper, “No.” "
"Rorschach. Not only is he generally just awesome, he has some wicked cool lines."
Yes! Yes! He literally has some of the best lines in comic book history.

Rorschach is GOD!!!!

He sure did."
No argument here lol...it's interesting because i just read it for the second time..."
Really?! I wish I had the chance to do that.
Nite-owl is basically Batman wannabe fused with a lame version of Clark Kent for personality (and I don't even mean Superman)
in other words...LAME

I know he was based on Blue Beetle, but I've always seen him like that, blame Owlman for the connection
I guess I liked Nite-Owl because he was the most "human" character out there. I understand why people would like Rorschach and I liked him too, but he wasn't my favourite. He was a very "Batman" type of character in terms of personality, which I liked, but still not my favourite. People think I'm crazy when I say that both the Comedian and Rorschach are my second favourite characters and Nite Owl is my favourite...would YOU think I'm insane for saying I actually liked the Comedian?
Same, Ozymandias would probably be my fave too. Then again I've yet to actually read the comic xP
"gaspsApparently...? I don't have unlimited resources of money and motivation to order all comics I read about, but this is one of the comics I plan on getting.
and yet you show your face on this site???"
"Lol. It makes me wonder when people say they are comic fans and still haven't gotten around to reading Watchmen."I'm in the middle of reading it, It's good but you can say your a comic fan without reading it..
"I know it's just that it's claimed to be the greatest comic of all time, so why not read it?"Because some just haven't gotten to that point yet...?
"I know it's just that it's claimed to be the greatest comic of all time, so why not read it?"He lives in Sweden. Comic resources are low Lol
"Alright, alright. Fine, I will no longer bug those who haven't read Watchmen. Okay? I just thought it was an obvious read."It's cool lol...wonders who Renegade Xavier is!
wanderer, you should check the adventure comics thread in the dc universe boards, think you'll be happy
"I was joking just so you know ^^LOL Legion's getting cancelled, and by the way it's not the only thing I read (fyi). Recently I've started to read a little of Green Lantern and I've been reading Spider-Man (Ultimate also) earlier...I don't talk about all comics I read...oh yeah and I'll see if I can order Watchmen anytime soon.
I know you stick to your Legion as if its the only comic in the world, but you should try reading Watchmen sometime before the movie comes out"

"MrsJ said:Neil Gaiman is good but I'm honestly hesitant to read Sandman since I frankly thought Lucifer sucked..."Lol. It makes me wonder when people say they are comic fans and still haven't gotten around to reading Watchmen."I think the same thing except with The Sandman, Watchmen is good and all...but I still put it second in greatness to Neil Gaiman's work"
