Origin

Julia Koenig, a German woman living in Germany in the 1930's hypnotized an American soldier into telling her the formula to the Super Soldier Serum that created Captain America. Reproducing it, she was accidentally transformed into a Nazi powerhouse.

Hitler saw the advantage of a strong Nazi woman and asked her to become his own sick twisted idea of a Nazi Superhero, the Warrior Woman.

Julia has met and fought on numerous occasions against Captain America and his allies, the Invaders.

Creation

Warrior Woman was created by Roy Thomas and Jim Mooney in 1977 and first appeared in The Invaders # 16.
