As a teenager, Chris Powell discovered an amulet allowing him to don the alien armor of Darkhawk. Belonging to an ancient sect of Shi'ar assassins known as the Fraternity of Raptors, it provides immense protective and fighting power to its wearer along with access to its Datasong which grants the ability to access memories and possible future outcomes of events.
Shir Ydrn Talonis or Talon is a member of ancient race that once served The Shi'ar Empire back in it's infancy. Though he's been dead for centuries, Talon was able to come back to life using a combination of his people's Black Sorcery and Raptor Armor Technology.
When Annihilus and his Queens died, Lieutenant Lords such as Catastrophus were left to rule and restore order to The Negative Zone and The Annihilation Wave. It has recently been revealed that he has The Cosmic Control Rod in his possession.
The Mistress of Magnetism, Polaris, is the daughter of Magneto. One of the earliest additions to the X-Men's roster, she has also been a member of X-Factor and the Genoshan Acolytes.
Shi'ar warrior that wields the Blade of the Phoenix. He became a member of the Starjammers after the events of the Rise and Fall of the Shi'Ar Empire.
A denizen of the Negative Zone who battles Annihilus frequently and became the king of most of the territories of the Negative Zone
Kallark, codenamed Gladiator, was once the Praetor of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard, the most faithful servant of the Shi'ar throne. After the Shi'ar-Kree War, with the apparent death of Lilandra and Vulcan, Kallark is elevated to the position of Majestor by consensus of a desperate Shi'ar populace.
Havok is the son of Corsair and brother of Cyclops, and Vulcan, and has led both the Brotherhood, of Mutants, and X-Factor. He also was part of Uncanny Avengers and Starjammers.
Once the Majestrix of the Shi'ar Imperium and a former romantic partner of Charles Xavier. She was deposed by Vulcan and assassinated while attempting to take back her empire.
Mike was Darkhawk's father and a police officer whom had become corrupt, or so it seemed.
Evilhawk is an enemy of Darkhawk. Originally reptilian from the planet Luq, he now inhabits an android body similar to that of Darkhawk.

Annihilus, a native of the planet Arthos, is the ruler of the Negative Zone and longtime foe of the Fantastic Four. He is a nihilist who is obsessed with finding different ways to extend his lifespan and isn't opposed to destroying all that which he sees as a threat to his existence.
Hussar is a member of the Imperial Guard and her duty is to protect and defend the ruler and the Shi'ar galactic empire. She defends herself with a whip that can channel a bioelectric shock.
B'nee and C'cil are two armored aliens connected in a symbiotic relationship, known together as Warstar. Warstar was a prominent member of the Shi'ar Imperial Guard until being killed by Nova in the War of Kings.
The forgotten third Summers brother, he was raised by the Shi'ar as a slave after the murder of his mother and later became a tyrannical emperor. He is an Omega-level mutant with the ability to manipulate all known forms of energy.

The king of the Inhumans, Black Bolt is cursed and blessed with a quasi-sonic voice. He must remain forever silent, for with the slightest whisper he can destroy cities, and with the loudest screams he can level continents.
Rachel Summers is the daughter of Cyclops and Jean Grey from the alternate "Days of Future Past" timeline. She was forced to become a mutant "hound" and track other mutants before escaping to the present. Rachel has immense telekinetic and telepathic powers. Rachel was also a longtime host to the Phoenix Force.
