Best of the Worst
While most of the issues of the Wanted series provide a lot of killing and senseless brutality, they lack any real story arch or direct action that relates to the story. This issue however sums up what should have happened in the first issue. A TAKEOVER. Even though it's Villain vs Villain type of battle, at least it's something. It begins with the hostile takeover of Mr. Rictus a brutal villain, who wants nothing more than to be feared again, just like the good ol' days, before the worlds entire super hero population was wiped out by the villains. But with this, comes the worlds knowledge of the villains, and an end to the secrete control the society has over the world, and even the threat of other superheros from other dimensions.
