there's been several Reverse Flashes, and Zoom was one of them, this website has a wiki that can be very helpful in times like this

Eobard thawne was the first reverse flash known as professor zoom, while hunter zolomon was the second reverse flash(though he never actually called himself reverse flash, only that he is faster than wally and some other stuffs), daniel west was the recent reverse flash in the new52 reboot.

@gizmorino: Actually the Rival (A Jay Garrick villain) was technically the first reverse Flash.

There's been 4 Reverse Flashes, one for each of the flashes.

Jay Garrick, the original Flash, had his Reverse Flash, known as The Rival.

Barry Allen had his Reverse Flash, known as Professor Zoom.

Wally West had his own Reverse Flash, simply known as Zoom. (HE was horribly mishandled by later writers and had to be removed)

Impulse (I forget his name), his reverse flash was the kid in green, I forget his name, too.

@degalon: Zoom was not removed due to being mishandled by writers. He just didn't survive the Flashpoint reboot for the same reason Wally, effectively, didn't.
