Wacky World was an amusement park in the world of Angor. It was the last remains of that world's civilization. It was built by Mitch Wacky, a technological genius, who created a race of thinking robots.
When the super villains group the Extremists caused a nuclear apocalypse in Angor than killed all the people, the park and its robots survived and continued upgrading themselves, perplexed by the absent of human visitors. They also built a cult around his creator. Under the directive to be more wacky, the robots created new attractions than resembled the dead heroes and villains from their world. The copies were so similar then they ended fighting for real, with the androids believing themselves the real deal. The triumphant robotic super villains left the park under the control of Carny and ventured beyond its limits. The real nature of the park was revealed when the Justice League Europe found themselves stranded in Angor threatened to be forever entertained until death.
Originally, it was also a spoof of the Disneyland theme park, including the urban legend of Walt Disney being cryogenically frozen under the park.
