Gen 13

The fourth volume of Gen 13 restarts the series after the events of Captain Atom: Armageddon.  The Gen 13 kids are part of an organization called Tabula Rasa, which is a division of Internal Operations.  Tabula Rasa creates superpowered beings for various uses including voyeuristic internet broadcasts as well as other nefarious uses.  But what is the connection between this group of Gen 13 kids and the group prior to the events of Captain Atom: Armageddon?  The truth is revealed as the kids face Tabula Rasa and learn about their true origins.
