Viper
Viper is a comic book character that first appeared in Captain America Vol. 1 #110The former Madame Hydra, Viper's plans were frequently stopped by Captain America. She also has had several run ins with the X-Men and Wolverine. At a time, Viper was the ruler of Madripoor. Recently she has become the White Princess of the Hellfire Club. Ex-wife of Wolverine.
Origin
Viper was an orphaned in Eastern Europe. Her face was scarred when she was young and she would eventually join the criminal underworld. She worked up way up the ranks and would gain respects of many from the criminal underworld. She would eventually become the leader of HYDRA under the code name Madame Hydra. HYDRA and Viper would constantly battle Captain America and SHIELD. When another Supervillain had used the code-name Viper, she helped him escape from jail and she kills him right afterwards to take back her name. On one of her attempts to take over a terrorist organization named Serpent Society, she was trying to assassinate their leader but was betrayed and then arrested by Captain America.
She continued her career as a professional terrorist and would eventually get into a relationship with the Red Skull. However, their relationship ended when he found out she was using his money to finance terrorist activities with nothing to gain. Viper later reveals that her real name was Merriem Drew, the mother of Jessica Drew (Spider-Woman). It was later revealed that Viper’s memories were false and she was not actually the mother of Spider-Woman. She later began battling the X-Men when she aided her lover Silver Samurai in an attempt to assassinate Mariko Yashida. Eventually she married Wolverine when she was able to succeed in black-mailing him (this happens in Wolverine 125-128). They eventually divorced. She later became a member of the Hellfire Club and the Hand.
Powers
She has the strength, agility, and stamina of an Olympic athlete. She also has been trained to use various guns and firearms. Shed is very talented with knives. Viper is also gifted with disguises and acting. She is a brilliant strategist. She has fangs and lipstick that are poisonous and often fatal. Viper also employs a wide arrange of gasses. Viper also has used a sedative to make others susceptible to her control.

X-Men: Evolution
Viper appears as a member of Hydra in the X-Men: Evolution episode: Target X. She is head of Hydra and tries to capture X-23 and Wolverine. Omega Red and Gauntlet are working for her. She states to Wolverine that X-23 is hunting them and is trying to destroy every one of their bases. She and her agents tried to stop X-23 by setting traps, but failing each time. But, they finally find a way to capture her. They want to wipe her mind of the bad memories that triggers her anger. Viper wants to make X-23 a weapon without emotion or free will, so they can fully control her. She leaves Omega Red to take care of Wolverine, but Logan has no memories of him. Wolverine knocks Omega Red out, and gets out to rescue X-23. X-23 escapes, and Wolverine finds her, he asks her to come with him, but she wants to destroy the base. She jumps onto a HYDRA flyer and goes into the cockpit to destroy Viper. She succeeds by blowing it up and the flyer falls to the ground. X-23 fakes her own death so she can no longer be hunted. Viper appeared to perish in the exploding flyer. Wolverine goes with Nick Fury in a helicopter home and X-23 is seen crouched on a rock at the end, and runs roun the forest. Free.
