i actually have kind of enjoyed the trailers for new comics. i think its a cool idea and it definitely helps the promotion. 
 
also, i TOTALLY called this right HERE. but now that its actually happening, im not sure if im okay with no mj  (at least as a gf) so idk. but im still excited about this.

I think it's cool that they've been doing these comic book trailers, especially since they've actually been good so far. This arc should be great, I'm looking forward to them pushing Spider-Man into bigger waters career wise, even if I am disappointed it was slightly spoiled in the trailer as to what he'd be doing. Yay for Dan Slott and Humberto Ramos though!

This trailer fails due to it's lack of Peter Gabriel.
 
Somewhat more seriously, I'm intrigued by the new weapons idea because for someone that invented web-fluid and spider-tracers as a kid, Peter Parker has really slacked off tech-wise.

YUCK! These pencils suck - I think I could find a better penciler in one of the Jr. High schools by my house.  Any interest I have has been quelled by the craptastic artwork - I think Roman Dirge could do a better spidey than this .....

I personally would've preferred he hook up with Norah. 
 
Anyway, I don't think I'll be continuing on with ASM after Origin of the Species.  Two reasons why: A.) I don't like Ramos' art, and B.) it's permanently bumping up to a $3.99 price tag.
