Messiah Complex was great. Apart from Whedon's run on Astonishing X-Men, I don't see any X-Men arcs in the 2000s that'd surpass it.

Thanks for answering my questions. Sorry if I had to much to ask. Just curious thats all. A drunk Hulk, that sounds hilarious and scary at the same time, depending on what kind of drunk he is. And as for Scarlet Spider, I was refering to Kaine, but Ben Reilly would be great as well.

Lol cheers for answering the questions. I will allow the Trades. 5 issues idea very hard to choose, nice choices though. As for the Car salesman i kinnda have to agree Gambit is smooth but imagine Deadpool would know some banter but he would probably go to far.

I am unable to see it. Not youtube I guess. Bummer. I couldn't see the first one either. But I could see the second one.

You are definitely the comic-book-answer-man. I agree with you about the Star Wars comics being hit-or-miss; they tend to be uneven in quality.

Thanks for the helpful info.

@G-Man: great vid man

They should wait until at least 2016 to give the JLA CGI a shot. they say in 2020 they'll start making movies that they'll secretly put out in CGI but publicly it'll be advertised as a real movie, and their leaving it upto movie goers to spot the real and CG. JLA movie IS going to be iconic. they should wait until that point, where they can make flying and ring slinging look true to this reality; now that'd be the definition of movie magic

I like the cover photo for this Ask and Ye Shall receive. also keep these videos up, they are awesome

To answer the Guardians/Krypton question. It was said that Tomar Re, one of the Green Lanterns, saw that Krypton was going to explode and tried to save it.

I doubt at this point that DC and Warner would go for a CGI movie, partially because neither GL or Avatar managed the illusion completely. And if they did one in the GLAS type and not do a live action one, people outside of comics would most likely call them out on not being able to push the money Marvel/Disney have.

@G-Man: Yes, its playing on youtube. Thanks so much.

ugh, im not a fan of the cgi style...i hope they will stop that cgi trend soon :(

@spiderbat87: Yeah, I guessed it was something of the sort.

Are you enjoying Aquaman? You didn't list it in the video.

Posted by G-Man

@Funrush: Yes! I keep forgetting to mention it. I did that also in another video. But I've praised it on podcasts. Inferiorego really really likes Aquaman so he gets to review it every month.

I was watching this half way through and was hoping someone would ask about what would be the best Star Wars comic, find an answer!

Posted by mattitude22

thanks Gman for taking the time to answer my question i agree star wars is always a hit and miss and its hard to pick one series to read

Posted by RedheadedAtrocitus

Awesome! :)

That suggestive look at the end made me feel strangely... comfortable.

Posted by SavageDragon

@Funrush: I know I am. That series is great.

That art of nightcrawlers death make me pine for more. I felt the whole secret warriors run could be considered pretty classic

Love the Alk3 deck there, Tony. I have that logo tattooed on my arm.

@shaunage: I love love love Alkaline Trio. I've seen them live maybe four of five times now. Norm and I just saw them (with Smoking Popes) last year.

The part about Luke growing up and having kids in Star Wars reminds me of the Avatar spin off where the Avatar is now a grown up and his daughter is the star.

I just wanted to say you are a man after my own heart. The boy who collected Spider-Man is by far my favorite single issuer comic story ever. I also noted your Ben Reilly love. Keep up the the great work.

Posted by shaunage

@G-Man: Oh wow, I've seen them three times now. They tour Australia more often than a lot of bands do, which is good of them. Have you listened to Matt Skiba's album Babylon yet? I've pretty much had it on repeat since it came out.

Posted by Cavemold

Comicvine really loves Snyder night of the owls . Good to see

Posted by G-Man

@shaunage: I just got it recently. It snuck up on me. It is good stuff. I assume you heard his other band Heavens before? Unfortunately they only did one album. Luckily I got to see them in a super small venue when the first album came out.
