Born a deformed child from a secret affair in the Bayou, Victor's father (Thomas) tried to keep his son a secret... both from the outside world and his then dying wife. Mostly to protect the boy from the neighborhood children who taunt and harass his son... but also to hide his betrayal of his dead wife from his friends and family.

One Halloween night, some local kids decided to scare Victor by throwing firecrackers into his house. This in turn led to the home catching fire and trapping the young Crowley inside behind a locked door. In a panic, Thomas frantically tried to free his son. Picking up a hatchet, the elder Crowley tried to chop his way through the front door to save his boy. Unbeknownst to Thomas, Victor was pressed up on the other side, still trying to free himself and keep away from the fire. Sadly, Thomas accidentally kills his son with the hatchet.

Despite dying, Victor somehow came back... and has been stalking the Bayou ever since... killing those who get too close to his house.

Has starred in three movies, each installment revealing new information involving his past and various characters' connection to it. He has also crossed paths with comic duo Hack/Slash.
