Don't put the person you WANT be venom but the person you think that abilities and powers would be perfect for venom

From a power standpoint, after a bit of thinking, I'd have to say the Hulk. I'd assume that the Hulk transforms his Gamma-Rays into adrenaline or ATP for his muscles rather than having his muscles being fueled directly by Gamma-Rays (however this is just a hypothesis). From this I can derive that Venom, and all other symbiotes, would love the Hulk due to his massive amounts of adrenaline. Venom (I think) also twists the emotions of the user towards sadism and hate, which would make the Hulk produce even more adrenaline. From this I would conclude that for Venom, the Hulk would be the ultimate host.

I don't know how the Hulk would feel about this arrangement though.

Jason Todd. A lot of rage inside him already, and do I even have to mention his hatred for the Joker?

@guttridgeb: I always thought Deadpool would be a good host for Carnage. I always thought the Punisher would be a good host for Venom, but Kaine makes a lot of sense. I am enjoying Flash as Venom though.

Kraven the Hunter ability wise is the best fit. Perfect tacker, excellent fighter with a variety of weaponry, and just overall badass. 
He's even been Spider-Man at one point.
