Valerie Foxworth was the love interest of Nemesis. They first met when she acted as a suicide bomber, trying to gain vengeance on a villain and kill herself at the same time. He rescued her and ended up gaining a partner in vigilantism and a lover.
Valerie has been trained by Nemesis in the use of conventional weapons and marksmanship. She also has some acting skill and is capable at disguising herself.
